Since 1991 we have provided a full array of both environmental and coatings consulting services to contractors, owners, government agencies and property management firms throughout the Western United States and the Pacific Islands.
Broadly speaking our environmental services include employee compliance training, as well as asbestos, lead, mold and other "toxic's" pre-construction surveys and related industrial hygiene services. We also provide project specification development and project management and inspection services.
Our coatings consulting is in many ways the core of our business and where we can excel. Because, as you no doubt know many coatings have toxic elements. So our clients get twice the bang for their buck as we not only address issues around disturbing these materials, but also what's best to reinstall and how all of that is done. In this way, you our client get the most for the maintenance dollars you are spending.
Finally, we also provide training, paint failure analysis, and expert witness work for projects where things did not go so well.
